Held at ESA Business School, the meeting provided a platform for business leaders to exchange insights on organizational well-being, productivity, and sustainable workplace practices. Over 35 CEOs explored the impact of mental health on performance, retention, and organizational sustainability, engaged with practical tools to integrate mental health into workplace culture, and committed to the National Charter for Mental Health in the Workplace, advancing healthier and more supportive work environments across Lebanon.
