We believe that everyone in the workplace has a role in creating an environment that promotes mental health for themselves and their co-workers. We also recognize that mental health and wellbeing are critical in delivering the outcomes we aim to reach as an organization.

Our organization is thus pleased to join the national movement to promote, protect and support mental health in the workplace. As committed leaders in employee wellbeing, we are committed to contributing to the national  vision that “all persons living in Lebanon will have the opportunity to enjoy the best possible mental health and wellbeing” by taking a holistic and inclusive approach to mental health in our workplace, by: 1) preventing mental ill-health through addressing risk factors within the workplace, 2)promoting positive mental wellbeing, and 3)where mental ill-health occurs, taking action to support recovery. This charter establishes the actions our organization commits to implementing to ensure we achieve this goal.
